Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9134, should have one security personal guarding, guards must switch every hour. No personal are allowed to open and enter the box, anyone caught attempting such feat will be terminated on the spot. No personal are allowed access of SCP-9134 unless they have approval from the Administration, and Ethics committee, with a minimum of level 3 access, and the interaction being overseen by SCP-9134 specialist Dr. ████. All personal that attempt to forcefully gain access are to be terminated on the spot.
Description: SCP-9134 is be a normal sized and weight of a cardboard box, It produces electromagnetic pulses reducing all devices useless. Inside the box it is completely empty and when a personal is enclosed within the box he disappears, SCP-9134 has shown in test that it disrupts the brain waves of anyone viewing or drawing SCP-9134 for that reason it was decided by the Ethics committee to dangerous to use a D-Class to draw SCP-9134. SCP-9134 was found in a mail room in the city of █████████, United kingdom, Members of MTF Alpha-4 ("pony express") located it after noticing that devices seemed to completely shut down when nearing the box. When investigating further they saw that when something went into the box it disappears, with all of that being found out Alpha-4 secured the box and were able to turn the anomaly over to a Epsilon-11 ("Nine tailed fox") team when closer to Site-12, than SCP-9134 was moved to site-44 for containment and research. No pictures of SCP-9134 exist due to it's electromagnetic pulses disrupting camera equipment.
Observations from previous tests before it was move to Site-██, shows that if water or any type of liquid was poured onto SCP-9134 the liquid would remain on it without being absorbed. More tests show that if cut with a box cutter the part cut off will disappear after 24 hours and reappear onto SCP-9134 with no indications that any cut was made.
Addendum 9134-01: Science personal after seeing effects of items inside SCP-9134 proposed try putting parts of SCP-682 inside the box. This was promptly denied by administration with the following words being said. "Even if it did work, 682 would just regenerate those parts before we could do any real damage."
Addendum 9134-02: An incident at Site-12 where a rouge science personal attempted to take SCP-9134 out of the facility, he was able to make it to move from light containment zone to the entrance zone. He was halted by members of Epsilon-11 stationed at Site-12 and the SCP was re-contained, and the science personal was terminated by Epsilon-11 captain █████████.
Addendum 9134-03: SCP-9134 was move from Site-12 to Site-██ in a secure containment box that blocks all electromagnetic pulses from 9134, after the decision of the Administration and ethics committee was unanimous.
Addendum 9134-04: Upon the movement to Site-██, many administration personal have propose the idea of De-classification SCP-9134 for it's use for interrogation and with the █████████. The idea is currently awaiting being brought up by higher command during meetings.
