Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9290 is currently only known to exist on a hard drive in a Lenovo ThinkPad X250 kept in a secure container in Site-18.
Description: SCP-9290 is a 93.72 KB executable file titled "dadotool.exe". When opened, SCP-9290 will create a 900x450 window titled "remove from internet tool by dado", featuring a background of colourful stars and text reading "remove form internet tool by dado 1.03" The window contains text boxes for an IP address and Port and a button reading "remove from internet".
When a valid IP address and Port are entered into the text boxes and the button is pressed, the target device will be destroyed in a direct meteorite collision in the following 15 seconds. Meteorites affected by SCP-9290 will take the path of least resistance to the target device, and typically only damage objects obstructing said path and in the immediate area of collision. All recovered meteorites have measured 5 cm or less, and have been confirmed to possess no anomalous properties or compositions. It is unknown whether SCP-9290 creates new meteorites or affects existing ones.
Discovery: The device containing SCP-9290 was discovered in the residence of 17-year-old Francesca Holly, known online as "laideeofmoon" at 16:15 on 19/04/2026. Holly was under investigation due to her known association with GoI-5869 "Gamers Against Weed". The following messages were discovered on the same device.

During the investigation of Fontaine's property the day following the discovery of SCP-9290, a 162 gram achondrite meteorite was found in the living room. It had shattered the window and left a small crater containing several pieces of plastic and electrical components, identified as the remains of an Eero 6 Mesh Router.
