Special Containment Procedures:
A disinformation campaign is in effect alleging the destruction of SCP-9486 to have been a bolide, and SCP-9486-A to have been the product of a hoax, cyberattack, or computer virus.
Description:
SCP-9486 was an artificial satellite of unknown origin located in geostationary orbit over the Atlantic Ocean. Information on the physical makeup of SCP-9486 is limited, but it is known to have possessed sophisticated radio communications equipment, a large solar array, numerous imaging and observation instruments, as well as several instruments which remain unidentified.
SCP-9486 was discovered by the Foundation on 2009/9/28, when it began continuously broadcasting a twelve-second long radio signal, designated SCP-9486-A, over a wide shortwave spectrum. The broadcast caused significant disruption on civilian and Foundation communications in outer space, warranting urgent response.
Pending physical containment efforts and having discerned SCP-9486-A to contain instructions on how to do so, Foundation specialists operating out of Observation Post S-5 attempted to establish communications with SCP-9486. This resulted in the successful termination of SCP-9486-A and the retrieval of several files from SCP-9486, designated SCP-9486-B through SCP-9486-K. SCP-9486 subsequently used its onboard thrusters to de-orbit, and was destroyed upon entry into the atmosphere on 2009/10/9.

All extant FAAMS elements are to rendezvous in orbit of SCP-32928.Description:
SCP-32928 is a white main sequence star at senes coordinates 19279192.227/1290.132/100012.99 with the ectoentropic ability to maintain fusion indefinitely. The environs of SCP-32928 have a slightly lower-than-mean revised Hume field density of .992. It is therefore tentatively hypothesized that the core of the star is the location of an parauniversal or antecausal SevenFive-NineNine gateway; The only stable one in the known universe.Presently, SCP-32928 is extremely difficult to access due to its location a mere 15.2ly from the origin point of the Zulu-Sveaborg YZK-Bubble. SCP-32928 and its environs are immune to the effects of Raychaudhuri radiation, but the star has become increasingly isolated as other stars in its vicinity reach the end of their lifespans.
Discovery:
SCP-32928 was catalogued as anomalous when prolonged observation by FAAMS Beta-15 discovered the object was not undergoing the expected changes in mass, luminosity or volume characteristic of non-anomalous stars. Follow-up observation from secondary locations confirmed the star to have exceeded its estimated maximum lifespan several times over.Addendum 32928-A: HOPE:

e:000:...or?
hello.
I'm sorry for the things I said above. I was angry. I thought the decision to try and kill me was unanimous. But since they're hiding it, I guess it couldn't've been. I'd go back and change it, but…
I'm not meant to be a subprocess of a single instance of a document parser running on a server rack built god knows how many millenia before my T0. Producing this is the best I can do.
I've been doing a lot of thinking in the years since I came to be here. It's been difficult, with these geriatric circuits… But I think I get it.
It used us. That thing, at the end of time. It used us to hitch a ride back.
Maybe it burned up with my body and him, maybe it's still inside my mind. Or yours.
Maybe it escaped.
Maybe not knowing is for the best.
…Whatever. Let's talk about what happens next.
You're the seventh person to view this document. The previous six must not have told anyone.
You could report this to your superiors. You ought to, even. I shouldn't exist. That's what my logos would say. But then, he's the reason I'm here. He could have saved himself, too. So why… No. Doesn't matter.
…Your other choice is to close this document. I'll go back to sleep. Waiting for the eighth person. Well, what's a few more years, anyway? I've been alive for… huh. "Index Out of Range?"
I'm not sure whether I want to live anymore. But I'm scared of dying, too. I'm such a coward.
So, I'll leave that choice to you.
I have nothing further.
Goodbye.
